Assembly, Shipping & Delivery time

Dear customer,

We assemble many of our products right here in Berlin. In order to offer you a wide range of products at attractive prices, we strive to use our manufacturing resources economically. For this reason, especially with our ENERpower batteries, we initiate the production process once we receive an order for them.

This approach allows us to be responsive to your individual needs while maintaining operational efficiency. We appreciate your understanding and are available to assist you with any further inquiries or provide additional information.

Starting from March 1, 2023, we will be offering some of our best-selling batteries across all categories with a delivery time of 5-7 working days. In such cases, you will find the following note alongside the product:

Especially for bicycle batteries, electric boat batteries, and energy storage units, we require additional time for manufacturing. The timeframe of 10-14 days should also account for public holidays and the heightened seasonal demand.

While maintaining our extensive range of various batteries, we will still need 10-14 working days for certain batteries, particularly for bicycle batteries, electric boat batteries, and energy storage units.

In such cases, you will find the following note alongside the product:

Sometimes, when we receive a substantial order for a specific product, we take the opportunity to produce even more of the same battery type. In such cases, you will find the following note:

Ready for immediate shipment, delivery time approx. 3-4 working days.

Please note that we also have a category of batteries in stock, which includes batteries that are genuinely in our inventory. This positive stock may fluctuate due to exercising the right of withdrawal, cancellations, etc. These are always new and unused batteries.

For externally sourced products that we do not assemble ourselves or only partially assembly, we will indicate the estimated available date, as illustrated in this example:

Shipping & Delivery time

We dispatch orders every day from Monday to Friday. 

Within Germany, we ship either with Hermes (for smaller orders) or with UPS. 

For deliveries outside Germany, we use either UPS or FedEx. 

Unfortunately, we have no control over the speed of delivery. 

Nevertheless, our experience indicates that delivery within Germany typically takes about 2-4 working days, within the EU it ranges from 2-5 working days, and outside the EU, it may take a bit longer (approximately 5-10 working days).
