Important general information

Our 48V lithium-ion battery with a capacity of 20 Ah (960 Wh) is ideal for use in electric rickshaws. In combination with a 250-watt motor, the battery enables a continuous driving time of up to approx. 3.5 hours under constant load. The actual runtime may vary depending on the load, driving style, route profile, and environmental conditions.

For rickshaw drivers who are on the road for extended periods daily, we recommend using two batteries instead of a single battery with higher capacity. While one battery is in use, the second can be conveniently recharged.

The Barak carrying bag allows for comfortable and protected transport of the battery. Thanks to multiple fastening options, the battery can be securely fixed in the bag, ensuring it stays reliably in place even during transport.

With a 3A charger, the charging time for the 48V 20Ah battery is approximately 6 hours. This usually ensures that a charged spare battery is always available, avoiding long downtimes and enabling almost uninterrupted operation.

In the square design, 10 cells are used as the longest side (220 mm). We manufacture this type of battery in 13S3P (10x4 configuration), 13S4P (10x6 configuration), 13S5P (10x7 configuration), and 13S6P (10x8 configuration) etc. formats.

In the rectangular design, 13 cells are used as the longest side (286 mm). We manufacture this type of battery in 13S2P (13x2 configuration), 13S3P (13x3 configuration), 13S4P (13x4 configuration), 13S5P (13x5 configuration), and 13S6P (13x6 configuration) etc. formats.

The BMS (Battery Management System) is always mounted on the longest side of the battery. At this point, the battery is approx. 10-15 mm thicker.

We manufacture softpack batteries with FR4 insulation, flame-retardant and flame-resistant composite materials consisting of epoxy resin and glass fiber fabric. FR-4 is used, among other things, as an electrically non-conductive carrier material in electrical circuit boards.

This battery has an LED status indicator (Empty / 25% / 50% / 75% / Full). This is located on the top side of the battery.

Right of Withdrawal

Cancellation Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within one month without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is one month from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, take(s) possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, ENERdan GmbH, Max-Planck-Str. 7, 12489 Berlin, Tel. +49 (0) 30 5770 344 32; Fax: +49 (0) 30 5770 344 39, Email: sales@enerdan.de, by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than one month from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than one month from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of one month has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
