No, you can order from our online shop without registering. However, if you register, you can access your orders at any time and view all information about your order.

However, if you are a business customer and wish to purchase VAT-free, you must register and enter your VAT number in the form at the bottom of the account page .

Once you have registered as a customer, enter your VAT number in the form at the bottom of the account page . If you are a business registered in the EU and outside of Germany, you may be able to shop VAT-free!

You can easily reset your password using the Forgot password link.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us within 30 days of receiving the goods. You can use the sample withdrawal form, which you can find under Right of Withdrawal .

This is a complaint. Please contact our customer service with the exact error and the corresponding invoice number for further processing.

Use the complaint form and fill it out with all the important information that we need from you to satisfactorily process your complaint and enclose it with the return shipment.

No problem, please inform us that you have ordered the wrong item and send the item back to us well packaged and paying the cost. We will then refund the purchase price including the shipping costs, if any were incurred.

We do not offer a product-specific guarantee, but provide the statutory warranty in accordance with German law. This means that if a defect already existed at the time of purchase, you have the right to repair or replacement. If this is not possible, a refund can be made. The warranty period is two years from the date of purchase. Please note that normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use is not covered.

In case of revocation, please proceed as follows:

Pack the goods securely in a sturdy box. The goods must not slide around inside the packaging, so the box should be well padded. If you use the old box, please make the hazardous goods symbols illegible, as it is not considered hazardous goods for you. For lead batteries, special regulation 598 allows shipping in suitable packaging.

Please also enclose a copy of the invoice with the goods so that the return can be assigned and send it to:

You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. Please note that we will not accept postage-paid shipments.

After receiving and checking the battery, we will issue a credit note and refund you the purchase amount within 14 days.

Depending on the weight, we ship our goods via Hermes or UPS. We do not offer express shipping.

Orders placed before 8 a.m. will in most cases be dispatched on the same day. The parcel service usually needs 2-4 working days for delivery within Germany. However, we have no influence on this.

For a small number of orders, it may happen that there is an inventory error and that the order could not be shipped, even though a shipping notification was sent. In these cases, we contact the customer as soon as our customer service receives the information from the shipping department.

A charge cycle involves fully charging and discharging a battery cell. If a manufacturer specifies 800 charge cycles, it means the battery can be fully charged at least 800 times.

The lifespan of a battery depends on the number of charging cycles and age-related lifespan, but thanks to the battery management system, lithium-ion batteries last significantly longer.

Proper care can further extend the life of the battery. However, if performance does decrease, a repair should be considered.

Ampere is the unit of measurement for current, which indicates how much electrical current flows through a conductor. The capacity of a battery is measured in ampere-hours (Ah), which describes the amount of electrical charge the battery can store. A higher Ah number means the battery has a larger capacity and can therefore be used for longer before it needs to be recharged. Ampere-hours are also known as rated capacity and indicate how long the battery can operate at a given discharge current. For example, a rated capacity of 10 Ah means the battery can deliver 1 amp per hour for 10 hours before it is discharged.

Watt-hours (Wh) measure the amount of energy a battery can deliver under specified conditions. It is the battery's rated energy. If a battery can deliver 1 watt of power for one hour, this is equal to one watt-hour. The watt-hours of a battery are calculated by multiplying voltage and capacity.

Example: A battery with 36 volts and 15 Ah has a capacity of 540 Wh (15 Ah * 36 V = 540Wh).
