Production, Shipping & Delivery Time

Dear Customers,

We manufacture a large portion of our products directly in Berlin. To offer a broad product range while maintaining competitive prices, we carefully optimize the use of our production resources.

Therefore, especially for our ENERpower batteries, production often begins only after we receive an order.

This approach allows us to respond flexibly to your individual requirements while maintaining efficient production.

Delivery times for our products

From 01.03.2023 we offer some of our best-selling batteries with a delivery time of:

Delivery time approx. 5–7 working days

This notice appears directly next to the respective product.

Custom-made batteries

Especially for e-bike batteries, electric boat batteries and energy storage systems we require more time for production.

In these cases the delivery time is usually:

Delivery time approx. 10–14 working days

This time frame also takes public holidays and seasonal demand into account.

Products available immediately

Sometimes when we receive a large order for a specific product, we take the opportunity to produce additional units of the same battery type. In this case you will see the following notice:

Ready for immediate dispatch, delivery time approx. 3–4 working days

Batteries in stock

Please also note that we have a category:

Batteries in stock

There you will find batteries that we actually have in stock. This positive inventory can result from cancellations, returns or withdrawals. These are always new and unused batteries.

Purchased products

For products that we do not manufacture ourselves, or only partially, we will display the estimated availability date as in the following example:

Shipping and delivery

We ship daily from Monday to Friday.

Within Germany we use:

• Hermes (for smaller shipments)
• UPS

For deliveries outside Germany we use:

• UPS
• FedEx

Please note that delivery times depend on the shipping carriers and may vary. Unfortunately we have no direct influence on their delivery speed.

However, our experience shows the following typical delivery times:

• Germany: approx. 2–4 working days
• EU: approx. 2–5 working days
• Outside the EU: approx. 5–10 working days
