Right of Withdrawal

Summary

  • Withdrawal period: 30 days after receiving the goods

Return and Refund Policy

Within the framework of the statutory right of withdrawal according to §§ 355, 356, 312g BGB (German Civil Code), the consumer is entitled to withdraw from the contract concluded with us within 30 days after receiving the goods without giving any reason.

Conditions for returning goods

  • The return shipment is at the consumer's expense.
  • The goods must be in perfect, unused and defect-free condition.

Inspection and refund

After receiving and inspecting the returned goods – including any necessary functional tests – we will refund the purchase price already paid, including the original shipping costs.

The refund will be made within 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods.

Complaints

If the customer wishes to submit a complaint, the completed complaint form must be enclosed with the return shipment and the goods must be sent back to us.


How the return process works

  1. Declare the withdrawal
    Inform us within 30 days after receiving the goods that you wish to withdraw from the contract.
  2. Pack the goods securely and return them
    Send the goods back to us securely packaged. The return shipping costs are borne by the consumer.
  3. Inspection and refund
    After receipt and inspection of the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price including the original shipping costs within 14 days.
