This frame bag allows you to attach the battery to the frame of the electric bicycle and ideally connect it to a mid-drive motor. The frame bag is waterproof, and thanks to the separation of the charging and discharging cables, you do not have to constantly switch connectors.

The batteries are manufactured in plastic cell holders and equipped with an ENERpower 20A-22A BMS. Charging is done via a spiral cable (extendable from 20 to 100 cm) with an XLR-3-pin connector. Discharging is done via a discharge cable with an XT90 connector (female). A matching XT90 (male) connector is also included.

A 30A fuse in a waterproof holder limits the current draw and provides an additional safety measure.

This battery is therefore also suitable for motors with 750 watts of power.

We manufacture the softpack batteries with FR4 insulation, made of flame-retardant and non-flammable composite materials consisting of epoxy resin and fiberglass fabric. FR-4 is used, among other things, as a non-conductive substrate material in printed circuit boards.

Compatible with 52V (14S) motors

Up to 1250 watts

Highlights

High-quality manufacturing

Just-in-time manufacturing

BMS with an integrated passive balancer

BMS with protection against overcharging, deep discharge, and over-discharging (temperature monitoring)

Directly from the manufacturer

Rechargeable – Still 80% of the original capacity after 300 charge cycles

No memory effect – Charge the battery whenever you want

Environmentally friendly according to EU Directive 2002/95/EC (RoHS)

Technical specifications

Li-ion cell: Samsung SDI INR21700-50G

Voltage (nominal): 52V (50.4V - 51.8V)

Capacity: 10Ah

Energy: approx. 510 Wh

Configuration: 14S2P (Layout: 7×4)

Internal resistance: < 75 mOhm

Charging voltage: 58.8V

Discharge cut-off voltage: 42V

Continuous discharge current: 20A = 1000 watts

5-second discharge current: 30A = 1500 watts

Weight: approx. 2.6 kg.

Charging connector: XLR-3 (3-pin)

Discharge connector: XT-90 / XT-60 / Anderson PowerPole

Dimensions

Length: 190 mm

Width: 108 mm

Height: 90 mm

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0860/2330/7611/files/Rahmentasche_Enerpower_04_5e977dfd-f470-41bd-aaec-aa053baa3973.jpg?v=1793964157
https://enerprof.de/en/products/softpack-akku-52v-10ah-bms-25a-xlr-3-mit-50g-quadratisch-in-rahmentasche
