General Information about the Motor:

Tongsheng motors are known for their easy and uncomplicated installation. The motor already has the controller integrated, and the kit includes all necessary accessories such as cables, speed sensor, etc. You can choose the appropriate display from our bundle offer. This motor complies with the requirements of road traffic regulations and does not require approval. The maximum speed is preset to 25 km/h. The TSDZ2 has a built-in torque sensor that regulates the level of assistance. The offered mid-drive motor does NOT have a backpedal function!

The kit is suitable for all wheel sizes and widths from 8 to 28 inches and for bicycles with a bottom bracket housing with dimensions: housing width 67 mm to 69 mm, inner diameter min. 33.5 mm to max. 35.5 mm. These are the dimensions of the most commonly used BSA bottom brackets. This motor has a freewheel, and there are no brake possibilities through the pedals.

The TSDZ2B version has two freewheel bearings. In the off state, the resistance of the motor is lower, making pedaling easier.

This version of the motor is the 8-Pins Version, which features a throttle. The throttle serves as a starting aid (up to 6 km/h) and makes this motor version ideal for cargo bikes, utility bikes, etc.

General Information about the Battery:

This 36V battery in the Nablus luggage rack housing, which we assemble in Berlin, comes with a frame for the luggage rack. The batteries are made in plastic cell holders. Charging is enabled with a DC round connector (5.5 mm / 2.5 mm), and discharging is done through the holder (detachable from the battery) with an XT90 connector. This case can accommodate up to 60 18650 battery cells. With a BMS capable of handling continuous loads between 20A-22A, this battery is suitable for motors with up to 750W power operating in 36V (37V) systems. There is an on/off switch located on the battery, and this case does not have a battery level indicator.
